Chinese people love tea.  Famous Chinese writer Lin Yutang once said, ‘People drink tea in their homes and in tea-houses, alone and in company, at committee meetings and at the settling of disputes.  They drink tea before breakfast and at midnight.  With a teapot, a Chinese is happy wherever he is.’  Tea is the national beverage for Chinese populace, regardless of their origin and age.  Since ancient times, literati have professed their love for drinking, tasting and appreciating tea, creating numerous literary works on tea.  In this series of videos, viewers are invited to savour the taste of tea embedded in Chinese literature.
